Case Study: Developing week-long content for returning event

Updated: Mar 24, 2023

For the second year in a row, we were called to manage and co-produce the UMHD22, a hybrid event for the Staff & Students of the University of Greenwich on the occasion of the University Mental Health Day 2022.

What started as a 2-day-event last year, this year it became a week of activities, sessions, and insightful participation with a variety of contributors, staff, students and external speakers and organisations.

Our team worked with a focused and systematic way in order to engage the right internal stakeholders, identify the most relevant content and perspective, and create varied sessions applying different formats and media to enhance inclusiveness.

More specifically, the programme included a variety of sessions, workshops online but also a wealth of activities to connect with peers, nature, take a break to cook, or enjoy a walk in the park.

We also work closely with the Comms Team to create an informative and engaging event webpage with a online resources portal offering supporting content & resources as well as useful articles.

It was an absolute pleasure to be part of this event!
